Chronos Consulting is seeking a dynamic recruitment professional with team management, sales and delivery operations experience to grow the business in Turkey. You possess an entrepreneurial mind set, passion for the recruitment industry, and are service & delivery oriented. This is an exciting opportunity to expand the business both within Turkey as well as to work with colleagues and clients internationally. Gewünschte Qualifikationen Responsibilities: •Presenting and promoting Chronos to potential new customers to secure new business. •Driving the business in conjunction with the larger international organization with sales and business development in Turkey/Middle East/Central Asia. •Developing key accounts locally as well as looking for opportunities to expand internationally. •Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of recruiters, as well as, growing the team and identifying new client opportunities. •Managing mid to senior level "full recruitment life cycle" from client acquisition, client briefing, candidate identification, interviewing, reference checks, to final stage of offer & acceptance. •Managing RPO, payrolling, temporary contractor services. •Working closely with accounting and payroll back-office, reporting, building the pipeline of revenue. Required Competencies: •Proven experience in the Turkish recruitment industry in a sales/business development capacity with some management/operational exposure •In-depth understanding of retained as well as success-only search and selection •Self starter and truly entrepreneurial with the capacity and passion to manage and drive an expanding business with a solid commercial focus. •Ability to develop, coach and mentor the team for successful delivery on both local and international projects. •Professionalism, superior communication, negotiation, client management and project management skills. •Track record in overseeing a budget and day to day operational activities will be a distinct advantage. •Fluent English & Turkish, any additional language is a plus.
